Like the modern nautilus, the shell of Cameroceras was divided by simple sutures into a series of air-filled chambers called septa, which allowed it to stay afloat! Like all prehistoric creatures made for the PaleoVentures lines, this creature is brought to life in a cute and simplified appearance.
