An important milestone in the evolution of horses, Mesohippus’ name is actually due to its position in the horse evolutionary tree in relation to earlier forms like Eohippus and larger and later forms like we know today! Like all prehistoric creatures made for the PaleoVentures lines, this creature is brought to life in a cute and simplified appearance.
