Monolophosaurus is known for the single, hollow crest on its head, which is a weight saving feature so that the crest did not become so heavy that it would be difficult for the animal to move its head! Like all prehistoric creatures made for the PaleoVentures lines, this creature is brought to life in a cute and simplified appearance.
